Whilst our properties are of the same standard as a decent hotel, we provide the amenities that most hotels do not, such as privacy, cooking facilities and adequate space, to mention but a few. As a bona fide member of The Property Ombudsman scheme, Serenity Relocations is bound by much the same regulations as letting agent TPO members. Any letting agent we deal with therefore has access to an independent dispute resolution mechanism in the highly unlikely event of an unresolved complaint.
